Consortium

The consortium formed by INESC-ID Lisboa, IDMEC/IST, Hospital Prof. Dr. Fernando Fonseca, E.P.E. and the University of Texas as Austin, provides a well-balanced environment between innovative biomechanical research, computer graphics and applied clinical research. All members besides promoting the interaction between researchers and rehabilitation providers, actively participates to the design of skeletal tracking solutions. This project also counts with other rehabilitation partners which recognize the potential of skeletal tracking technologies, besides expecting very positive impacts from machine learning algorithms to estimate internal rotations from minimal marker sets.
